I Was Reincarnated as a Dragon Egg

Popular light novel series “Reincarnated as a Dragon Hatchling” is being adapted into a TV anime! The adaptation was officially announced on March 14, 2025, with a stunning teaser visual featuring our protagonist Illusia cracking out of his egg and ready for adventure.

Another isekai series where the main character is reborn as something you wouldn’t expect. Slime, vending machine, sword, dog, dragon egg… it’s like they’re playing a game of ‘what’s the most random thing you can be reborn as?

Next thing you know, there’ll be ‘Reincarnated as a Toilet Bowl’ or ‘Reincarnated as a Pair of Socks.’ I mean, the possibilities are endless, and so are the laughs, I guess.

Voice Cast

Left-Side Junichi Toki, Center Ami Koshimizu, Right-Side Miku Ito

Comment from Junichi Toki (role of Ilcia),

“I am Toki Junichi, and I will be voicing Ilcia!
Even if you are not familiar with this work, you can probably guess what kind of story it is from the title, but the more you read the story, the more you will be curious to know what happens next.

Ilcia’s “growth” in various ways and the characters surrounding her make the story more fascinating and mysterious.

I will do my best to express the charm of the original work to the fullest, so please look forward to it!”

Comment from Ami Koshimizu (voice of God),

The storyline is of course fascinating, but I’m personally looking forward to seeing how the main character changes and the monsters are depicted in the anime!
I’m also excited to see what colors the special plants will be.

I think the main character in this game will be reincarnated in a hard mode, but I hope he’ll become stronger.

Comment from Miku Ito (voice of Milia),

As I read the original work, my heart was racing as I watched the main character, Ilcia, grow stronger and stronger, and as I watched the powerful battle scenes.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what kind of action we’ll see in the anime.

My character, Millia, is a brave, kind-hearted girl who is straightforward in everything she does. I hope to play her to the best of my ability, with an honest heart.

I hope you’ll pay attention to the exchanges between Ilcia and Millia!
